Requirements

  • Commission, start up, and support SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation in the field
  • Own FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and operator training from day one
  • Implement Instrumentation & Control Systems projects
  • Set up project system servers, workstations, operating system, networks, and peripheral equipment at the job site
  • Produce System Control Narrative, develop HMI application, and program PLCs according to contract documents and customer needs
  • Conduct system startups inclusive of PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and networking equipment/applications
  • Demonstrate overall system functionality to the Owner/Engineer/Contractor
  • Provide technical assistance and training to operators, supervisors, and administrative personnel
  • Perform instrument installation and calibration services
  • Provide on-call service for customers as directed by the Service Manager
