This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys working closely with operations and maintenance teams to drive plant performance, equipment reliability, and production efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead PLC programming, troubleshooting, and controls support for manufacturing equipment and production systems; Support and optimize automated processing and packaging operations; Troubleshoot electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.

Requirements
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens platforms
- Background within food manufacturing, beverage, dairy, packaging, or other regulated industrial environments strongly preferred
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems, industrial networking protocols, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial automation setting
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
