Role OverviewThis position reports to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor I at a multi-custody female correctional facility. The Plumber II performs full range journey level duties in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air, gas, oil, water, and waste disposal systems.
What You Will Do
Key duties include examining and determining best methods of installation and repair of commercial plumbing systems, utilizing various tools to remodel, upgrade, maintain, and assemble material and equipment, and evaluating and repairing damaged areas.

Applicants should have documented knowledge of the methods of installation and repair of plumbing systems, and be able to provide guidance and apply knowledge and skills in commercial kitchen equipment evaluation.
Requirements
- High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma
- Two years of experience in the repair, replacement, or construction of piping systems
- Appropriate licensure by the governing board or commission
