Requirements

  • Adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain all facilities plumbing systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on systems.
  • Repair showers, sinks, toilets, and pump recirculation.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Possess excellent hand/eye coordination, close vision, and the ability to read schematics.
