Requirements

  • Journeyman Plumber License Required
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
  • Experience with local and state plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical fitness to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps and work management software
  • Ability to lead apprentices and work well within a team
