Job Description
We're looking for a Plumbing Administrative Assistant to support the plumbing department in daily operations, coordinating vendors, managing project documentation, and tracking materials.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, or similar software
  • Experience with PDF markup and editing software such as Bluebeam or Acrobat Pro
  • General understanding of commercial construction processes
  • Basic plumbing piping, equipment, and fixture knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with product supply chains, vendor relationships, and material sourcing is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and purchasing processes
