Role OverviewThe Plumbing Install Lead will run residential installation jobs from start to finish, performing the work, directing a helper or apprentice, and owning the quality and completion of every job assigned. This is a hands-on lead role.
What You Will Do
Lead residential plumbing installations, direct and mentor a helper or apprentice, read and interpret job scopes, work orders, and basic plans, and complete all required documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of residential plumbing installation experience, a valid state plumbing license, and strong customer-facing communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Valid state plumbing license or registration
- Proven ability to complete installations independently and to code
- Working knowledge of water heater, tankless, repipe, and drain line installation methods and materials
- Ability to read work orders, scopes, and basic plans
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawl spaces and attics, and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
