Role OverviewYou'll run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates. You'll act as a project manager for customers, supporting them throughout an installation. You'll work closely with the plumbing team to ensure everyone has the information they need to get the customer taken care of.
What You Will Do
You'll chat with people in their homes about things that could really help them. You'll take detailed notes and keep up with communication, making sure your notes are thorough and detailed, and that any emails/calls/texts are answered quickly.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
- Valid local driver's license with insurable driving record
- Acceptable criminal background record
- Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Assertive and confident personality
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
- Commitment to company values
- Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera
- Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable & punctual attendance
- Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
