Job Description
Join Our Team as Engineer Technician III at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas! This position is for evening (PM) shifts, and the pay rate is $20.00-$24.00 hourly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
  • Experience with life-safety systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems for maintenance tracking
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed
