PM Bar Manager - Hotel Daphne (Bar Daphne)

Requirements

• Prior bar experience required
• Experience in a high volume or cocktail focused bar environment preferred
• Strong understanding of bar service standards and guest experience
• Ability to lead others and communicate clearly during service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into expanded leadership responsibilities
• Experience as a lead bartender, shift lead, or bar supervisor is a plus
• Previous management experience is preferred but not required
