Job Description
Join Our Team as Engineer Technician III at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas! As a skilled and dynamic HVAC Mechanic, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a wide variety of systems throughout the resort, performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, and utilizing cutting-edge technology to keep our operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
  • 5+ years of building maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
  • Experience with life-safety systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems for maintenance tracking
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed
