Job Description
Join Our Team as Engineer Technician III at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas, a world-class resort in the heart of California. As an HVAC Mechanic, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various systems throughout the resort.

Requirements

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
  • Experience with life-safety systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems for maintenance tracking
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed
