Role OverviewAs a Lobby Experience Planner, you will oversee experience planning for guests on property, develop relationships with guests, and offer helpful suggestions and solutions to experience planning needs. The purpose of this position is to optimize spa and programs bookings and assist guest relations when needed, providing superior customer engagement with a thoughtful approach to sales.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include making authentic connections with Miraval guests, reviewing daily manifests, highlighting guests who have not done any pre-planning, and ensuring you touch those guests while onsite and offer expertise in planning their stay. You will also review all guest's itineraries, handle email inboxes, and communicate with good verbal communication skills to guests via email.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of high-end sales and customer service experiences
- Advanced technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of GDS, reservations software, and booking systems
