Role OverviewA Preventative Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the hotel remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times. This position focuses on proactive maintenance, early detection of issues, and completing repairs before they impact the guest experience.

Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems, respond to work orders and guest requests, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of building maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
