Job Description
At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We seek a PM Room Attendant for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

Requirements

  • Properly cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and other areas as designed according to standards
  • Maintains a clean and neat workspace at all times
  • Replaces guest room amenities and linens as necessary
  • Reports all maintenance issues to room inspector
  • Keeps housekeeping cart stocked appropriately and clean
  • Assists with special projects when assigned
  • Reports and delivers lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office
  • Aids guests in a friendly, genuine and courteous manner
  • Completes deep cleans of guest rooms when assigned
  • Keeps vacuum bags and filters changed regularly, and reports any damage to maintenance
  • Assists with maintaining cleanliness of public areas and back of house areas
