Job Description
The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the Server in serving the guest at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. This is a seasonal position with an hourly rate of $18.50.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
  • Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
