Job Description
Located on the shores of Lake Washington, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport offers a culinary supervisor position that involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high culinary standards. The role requires exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership ability, and a deep understanding of fine dining cuisine.
Requirements
5-7 years of culinary experience
1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or lead role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High level of attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Computer proficiency in ordering products and interacting with sales and vendors
Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Physical stamina to lift 50# or more
