Exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership ability, and a deep understanding of fine dining cuisine are required.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years culinary experience
  • 1-2 years experience as a supervisor or lead role
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of advanced cooking techniques and fine dining plating standards
  • Ability to operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
