Located on the shores of Lake Washington, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport offers a position as a PM Shift - Culinary Supervisor - Water's Table. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. Exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership ability, and a deep understanding of fine dining cuisine are required.
Requirements
5-7 years culinary experience
1-2 years experience as a supervisor or lead role
Exceptional leadership skills
Strong understanding of advanced cooking techniques and fine dining plating standards
Ability to operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
