Requirements

  • 5-7 years culinary experience
  • 1-2 years experience as a supervisor or lead role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High level of attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
  • Physical stamina to lift 50# or more
  • Ability to cook meat to requested temperature from rare to well done
  • Ability to filet fish and advanced butchery skills
  • Knowledgeable of how to create all mother sauces, stocks and their direct derivatives
  • Advanced knife skills
  • Ability to operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
