Culinary Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport, overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and enforcing food safety standards.
Requirements
5-7 years culinary experience
1-2 years experience as a supervisor or lead role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
High level of attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Physical stamina to lift 50# or more
Ability to cook meat to requested temperature from rare to well done
Ability to filet fish and advanced butchery skills
Knowledgeable of how to create all mother sauces, stocks and their direct derivatives
Advanced knife skills
Ability to operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
