Job Description
Join The Chatwal Lodge as a PM Sous Chef to manage a specific department and work with the Executive Chef to create, implement, and maintain quality standards in the kitchen.
Requirements
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
