Role OverviewWe're looking for a PMIS Implementation Lead to drive the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation, planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project management or software implementation, with 3+ years specifically on PMIS rollouts.

The PMIS Implementation Lead will lead the charge in driving the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation, keep projects on track, be the bridge between IT, operations, and business stakeholders, and make sure the system works for everyone.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
- 10+ years in project management or software implementation

- Proven experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions
- Hands-on success with integrations, data migration, and change management
- Knowledge of PMIS platforms (Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.)
- Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication
- Analytical problem-solving with a results-first mindset
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing best practices
