Job Description
The PMO Manager (IT) role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of enterprise IT projects by establishing standardized project management practices, driving portfolio alignment, and leading project execution to achieve strategic business and digital transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field OR Associate's degree with 9–10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience, including managing or operating within a Project Management Office (PMO), preferably in a healthcare IT environment
  • Strong understanding of PMO workflows, governance, and delivery frameworks in healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with portfolio prioritization, financial tracking, and resource planning
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, cybersecurity standards)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
