Role OverviewThe PMO Project Manager will work in Irvine, CA and be a part of the PMO team, which helps manage In-N-Out projects and programs, to ensure they align with overall business goals.
What You Will Do
Manage company-wide projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, portfolio priorities, and INO PMO governance standards.

Requirements
- Previous or Current employment with In-N-Out Burger highly preferred
- In-N-Out Burger Store or Corporate Support experience preferred (previous or current): 2+ years
- 3-5+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand project requirements and drive projects forward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams at the same time
- Ability to lead meetings and produce positive results
