Job Description
Eigen Labs is building the infrastructure for the age of agentic companies. We're looking for a Podcast Ops Associate to manage podcast operations end-to-end, own episode publishing workflows, and help build a reliable trust layer for the internet.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing podcast operations end-to-end
  • Direct familiarity with Substack, Spotify for Podcasters, and Apple Podcasts Connect
  • Experience with transcript editing tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent async communication
  • Comfort with light logistics coordination
  • Self-starter mindset
