Role OverviewWe're looking for a creative, self-motivated Producer to help develop and produce original shows for FP Studios. The job involves working on all stages of podcast production, including researching show topics, booking guests, editing and mixing audio, and managing relations with partners. The ideal candidate would also have some background in international affairs.
What You Will Do
Research and pitch story ideas, organize production schedules, schedule and produce interviews, source interviewees, cut down interviews into short conversations, cut, edit, and mix scripted episodes, and work with partners.

Requirements
- At least four years of experience in audio production, show production, or a relevant field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated passion for storytelling
- A love for idea generation and creativity
- A keen sense of what's happening in the world
- The ability to receive and implement feedback
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- A close attention to detail
- Familiarity with Hindenburg and/or other audio editing software
