Role OverviewOrganize work operations from start to completion in the safest and most efficient manner, to perform proper maintenance of utility poles. Oversee 3-5-person pole crews while mentoring and training new employees.
What You Will Do
Use personal protective equipment, maintain high levels of safety standards, investigate accidents, and record and report findings to management. Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment.
