Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Policy Analyst, LATAM to ensure effective execution of complex cross-functional plans that advance key company priorities across Latin America, help the company assess and engage in emerging policy opportunities, and address challenges throughout the region.

Requirements

  • Contribute to the development of strategies to support Anthropic's LATAM policy objectives
  • Support projects to ensure smooth entry to new LATAM markets from a regulatory perspective
  • Propose and develop new programming and generate opportunities for Anthropic to build relationships with policymakers, think tanks, and non-profit organizations across Latin America
  • Create initial policy stakeholder maps and devise strategic engagement plans tailored to LATAM political and regulatory contexts
  • Collaborate with policy and technical teams to translate Anthropic research into concrete policy proposals, stakeholder education, and thought leadership opportunities relevant to LATAM audiences
  • Draft and amplify public submissions, responses to requests for information (RFI), and policy memos written by Anthropic to drive positive change in AI policy across the region
