Role OverviewThe Policy Campaigns Associate will support Worth Rises' policy campaigns across the country, developing a comprehensive campaign tracker and community engagement database, building coalitions, and organizing lobby days.
What You Will Do
Assist in executing the organization's policy campaign strategy, support policy campaigns, build coalitions, facilitate stakeholder meetings, conduct research, and track progress.

Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience providing high-quality support to legislative campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Regular and disciplined practice of active listening, seeking clarification, and note taking
- Direct impact by the prison industry or experience working with directly impacted communities, strongly preferred
