Role Overview

The Policy Correspondence & Editorial Specialist plays a key role in supporting FAA air traffic policy operations. This position manages the Policy Correspondence Mailbox, oversees end-to-end workflow for policy documents, and leads editorial review activities.

What You Will Do

Lead daily operations of the Policy Correspondence Mailbox, assign and oversee workload for the Editorial Review Team, create and maintain authoritative document controls and records in KSN SharePoint, and provide training and support to FAA personnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in policy administration, technical writing, editorial review, document management, or federal program support
  • Prior direct experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience
  • U.S. Citizen or individual with a valid U.S. Work Visa who has lived in the U.S. for at least 3+ years
