Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in trust & safety, public policy, tech policy, content moderation, platform integrity, or a related field
- Experience developing, interpreting, or operationalizing policies related to online safety, abuse prevention, or platform enforcement
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Legal, Communications, and Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policy issues clearly and concisely
- Experience assessing risks associated with products, features, or user behaviors and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Proven project or program management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
