Role OverviewThe Policy & Program Manager, Content & Creator Governance will conduct research and benchmarking to identify gaps and develop strategies and policies aimed at mitigating platform and business risks. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to devise action plans and operational workflows to resolve user issues and limit business risk exposure.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will perform root case analyses, integrate feedback loops, and optimize operational workflows to support the day-to-day quality of project launches. They will also monitor key performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and improve the overall quality of the content ecosystem and personalized recommendations.

Requirements

- 2 years of related work experience
- OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience
- 2 years of experience in building and streamlining processes and workflows
- 2 years of experience in organizing and coordinating project and program efforts
- 2 years of experience in collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks
- 2 years of experience in interfacing directly with stakeholders and organization leaders
