Polisher responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive dining experience by assisting in various tasks within the restaurant setting, including polishing and shining glassware, silverware, and tableware to a high standard.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions
  • Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room
