Job Description
Polisher position at Casella Process Solutions, responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality stainless steel parts, improving internal and external surfaces, and working with team to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Ability to improve internal and external surfaces of tubular components
  • Experience using tools such as hand held die grinders, abrasives, grinding belts and polishing wheels
  • Ability to set up, run and maintain equipment
  • Ability to initiate and perform in process inspection to verify work
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure of tight delivery schedules
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to management
  • Ability and willingness to learn to assist in other production departments when needed
  • Comply with company Safety Program
