Role OverviewThe Political Field Director will lead teams of canvassers on a campaign within Street Level's 2026 political client portfolio. The Field Director will oversee day-to-day field operations, support team development, performance tracking, and campaign execution. What You Will Do
The Field Director will lead, supervise, and support teams of canvassers across multiple outreach channels, conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development, track and analyze outreach metrics, and support the development and execution of campaign strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Minimum 1 year of organizing or campaign experience (community, labor, political, or legislative advocacy)

- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle; driving on the job is mandatory
