What You Will Do
Execute precision concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization projects using high-density polyurethane foam. Manage the maintenance, inventory, and operation of the poly-jacking equipment and truck. Communicate directly with homeowners and commercial clients on-site to explain the process and ensure total satisfaction.

Requirements
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing crews or projects with a "lead-by-example" mentality.
- Technical Skill: Ability to read blueprints, understand soil mechanics, and operate heavy machinery/specialized pump systems.
- Logistics: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Professional demeanor with the ability to report clearly to management and consult effectively with customers.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and navigate crawlspaces or tight job sites when necessary.
