Role OverviewThe Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimming pool users by monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding quickly to emergencies. This role plays an important part in maintaining a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment while providing excellent guest service.
What You Will Do
Monitor swimming pool to ensure the safety of guests or other users at all times, enforce pool rules, safety guidelines and property policies, recognize and respond effectively to emergencies, and maintain cleanliness of pool area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross, American Lifeguard Association, YMCA Lifeguard Certification or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to remain attentive and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
