Job Description
Sterling Grove, located in Surprise, AZ, is seeking a full-time Pool Attendant/Porter to manage the day-to-day operation of the aquatic facility, ensure water health and safety standards, and supervise the safety and cleanliness of the club swimming pool and facilities.
Requirements
Provide a comfortable, safe pool environment for Members and Guests.
Coordinates the administration of the facility.
Registers all members at pool and charges for all guests, lessons and activities, etc.
Enforces club rules of safety and conduct.
Maintains and keeps all necessary records concerning pool attendance, accident reports, and problem-member reports.
Maintains a fully stocked First Aid kit.
Reviews guests’ comments and event concerns.
