What You Will Do
Assesses and analyzes patient health status, performs ongoing assessments, and documents patient care. Initiates discharge planning, updates patient plan of care, and directs care team members.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Registered Nurse - Issued by Florida or Compact State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
