Role OverviewA paramedic in a hospital setting provides advanced medical care to patients in emergency situations. They assess patient conditions, administer life-saving interventions, and stabilize patients before or during transfer to specialized care units. They collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans.
What You Will Do
Perform patient care tasks, coordinate care with the Clinical Nurse, recognize changes in patient status, and maintain complete and timely documentation. Provide appropriate communication with multidisciplinary team members, patients, and their families.

Requirements
- Technical Program- Paramedic program
- Paramedic - Issued by Florida or Compact State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- 1 year experience in clinical setting
