Job Description
Pool Servers are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations at Thompson Palm Springs. The role involves maintaining an attractive bar, understanding state and local serving guidelines, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working at a pool within a luxury hotel/resort (plus)
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Comfortable with working indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
