Job Description
As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for creating a world-class dining experience for internal and external guests, providing extraordinary guest service and exercising good judgement in a variety of situations. You will be responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations, serving guests in various environments, and performing all tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • POS - point of sales knowledge & experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift at least 15lbs
  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations
  • Customer service experience preferred; Restaurant experience a plus
