Job Description
The Pool Supervisor will maintain a safe and clean swimming pool, enforce pool regulations, and provide excellent customer service. The supervisor will coordinate daily operations, hire and train pool personnel, and resolve guest concerns.

Requirements

  • American Red Cross Certification
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard training and First Aid certification
  • 6 months experience as Head Lifeguard or supervisory lifeguarding experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
