Job Description
We are looking for a Pool Technician to join our team at Spruce Peak in Vermont. The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence within all aquatic facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in hotel, resort, or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Working knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and chemical handling preferred
  • Current CPO certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations
