Pool Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hotel, resort, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and chemical handling preferred.
• Current CPO certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
• Must be able to: Lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods, 6-8 hours.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout all seasons.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and handle equipment frequently.
