Role OverviewThe Commercial Building Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of commercial properties. This position supports daily building operations by ensuring common areas, restrooms, exterior grounds, and tenant spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
What You Will Do
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, report maintenance issues, assist with building inspections, and provide excellent customer service.

Previous porter, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
