Job Description
BH is a people-first multifamily owner and operator that grew from a small startup into one of the nation's largest commercial real estate companies. We are passionate about setting the standard in the multifamily industry and are looking for a Porter to maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus the interior common areas.

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience
  • Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
  • Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
