Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a Porter to assist the maintenance team at our East Falls Apartments in Falls Church, VA. The Porter will be responsible for general cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of common areas, as well as assisting with maintenance tasks and working with other teams to create a positive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in janitorial role
  • Prior residential maintenance experience a plus
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver license and auto insurance
