Role OverviewThis job involves working independently to keep properties clean and organized, including picking up litter, wiping/cleaning surfaces, and performing other building maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can operate on their own for most of the day. Experience is not required, but janitorial and cleaning experience is a plus.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this job include driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites, performing tasks such as changing trash bags, cleaning out dumpster enclosures, and lifting/moving heavy objects. You may also be required to do some work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
