Role OverviewCarolina Sweepers is seeking a Porter-Grounds Keeper to join their team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can operate independently for most of the day. Experience is not required, but janitorial and cleaning experience is a plus. The role involves various tasks such as picking up litter, cleaning surfaces, changing trash bags, and performing other building maintenance work.
What You Will Do
The Porter-Grounds Keeper will spend their days outside, rain or shine, performing tasks such as picking up litter, wiping/cleaning surfaces, changing trash bags, and cleaning out dumpster enclosures. They will also drive a company pickup truck to and from job sites and may be required to do work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
