Role OverviewAs a Porter-Grounds Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of commercial properties. You will work independently, driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites, and perform tasks such as picking up litter, cleaning surfaces, and changing trash bags. You will also be required to do some work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include picking up litter, wiping/cleaning surfaces, changing trash bags, cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting/moving heavy pallets, furniture, etc., and other building maintenance work as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to operate independently for most of the day. Experience is not required, but janitorial and cleaning experience is a plus. You will also have the opportunity for growth and advancement, and will be eligible for tenure bonuses for long-term team members.
